Yesterday, I probably spent more than 10 hours making improvements throughout Theia.
Today I'll also be working on adding a feature I've really wanted to implement. Basically, when I tag documentation items here on SikoSoft now, I am adding tags like "a001" or "a999", which will be used later to denote that those particular items are related to the admin tools: create a new section, and set access privileges (respectively). The reason I'm doing this now is because I will be adding a little helper area which will display when you use one of your admin tools and there is documentation on the tool you are using. This way, when something seems confusing at first, you will easily have access to a page that gives you all the info you need to know.
And it won't effect the loading time of these pages either because I will *not* be checking Theia's documentation from our server each time. Instead, an index will just be downloaded from our site and saved in your site's cache; and there will be a button within the tools page for you to fetch an updated index as desired.
I'm hoping this is going to make Theia a whole heck of a lot webmaster friendly, since I'll admin that many tools are a bit too advanced if you don't know what it all means.
This helper feature will be included in the next update of Theia, which will come out Sunday (July 19, 2009).
An updater will also be included, so anyone currently using the first beta will be able to migrate easily, without having to start over!
