Purpose
Signal 8 is used to represent the occurrence of a new comment submission being added (used when approval is required before listing publicly).
Data saved with announcement
- user = the user's ID - who created the submission
- id = the new comment's ID
- itemid = the ID of the item
- itemtype = the ID of the item's section
