For one, "who's online - complete" appears twice for some reason.. if one isn't necessary, it should be converted to a setting for the "at a glance" pane instead since there isn't one for this now...
Also "new message notifications" doesn't appear to be used for anything anymore... Perhaps it needs to be removed.
