Theia is free software, which means you don't have to pay a thing to download it, use it or give it away.
It is also open-source, and can be modified and redistributed, assuming it meets the terms outlined in our license agreement.
Because we do need to make money somehow here to keep this thing going, there are several things that we do charge for. Read on for more information.
Support »
Everyone who signs up for an account here at SikoSoft will have access to create items and leave feedback in our peer to peer support forum. Occasionally, the SikoSoft staff will help members out in the forum as well, but priority will be given to those who purchase paid support.

Priority Support »
If having professional support is important to you or your website, then you also have the opportunity of upgrading your account to receive priority support.
Currently, because we are just starting up here, all priority support will be handled by myself (Lev; the developer of the package).
I will train a couple people in the beginning to effectively handle support for the future so I may focus more on development, but for the meantime, you'll be getting the best possible support there is. ;)
Priority support costs $10/month, or $100/year.

Branding Removal »
The act of disabling or removing the powered-by notice built into Theia is known as "branding removal". This is not generally permitted in the license agreement, though you do have the opportunity to purchasing branding removal rights from us.
Branding removal costs $100/domain name (you can use as many sub-domains, or sub-directory installations as you like). The fee is one-time, and covers your site for as long as you or we are operating.
Installation »
If you are not confident in your ability to install Theia, or if you are having problems and need help setting it up, we do offer an installation service as well.
The installation cost is $75, as is the price of an upgrade. All installation service purchases come with an additional voucher code, valid for one free upgrade, redeemable within 6 months of the initial installation.
Please make sure that your server must meet the necessary requirements, because if we take the time to upload all the files and attempt to run the installation procedure only to find out then that something is not in place, you may not receive a refund! If we cannot get Theia setup on your system for any other reason that is not covered in our requirements page, then you will receive a refund, if we are unable to complete the installation.
If you are unsure about whether your server meets all the necessary requirements, just contact us and we will look into it (freely) for you.
