The privacy policy should be a configurable item, much like the therms of use policy... And they should probably be configured in the same tool, which should be renamed.
This would allow a link to the privacy policy to be automatically generated in certain areas (like the contact form, the mailing list pane, tell a friend, invite, etc.)
