Kinda a design flaw here...

I just noticed that people who didn't have accounts, or folks not logged in, wouldn't see a user's awards on their profile.

I checked the service access and it was set for awards to be as "members", though, what should be done in the permission check on the profile is that the check looks at if the profile user has access to the service (like I believe some of the other things already do).
