I finally finished up tagging every last item on this site, so now the tag cloud, and the related item features should both be much more accurate.

I also finally added the cronjob for creating the related items, and another cronjob for determining the most widely used tags on your site.

All of this support will be included in the next update, which is anticipated for August 15th.
