I think a better layout for the admin panel would be easier to control the site

and also

Maybe have a plugin/addon or what ever ya'll wanna call it so people can sign up for webhosting (free or what not) and Theia would then configure it for the webmaster with cPanel and WHM

Just a few things that came to mind

The admin panel in 1.0.0 will be greatly improved so that you can create your own tool-groups, order the groups, choose which tools belong to each group, etc...
 
It still lacks icons (due to the enormity of tools available), but this isn't ruled out now either.
