Since there have been several releases since Theia went public just over a month ago, I thought it was about time to start talking about the stable release.

As you probably are aware by now, Theia is currently in a "beta" phase. That is, there are a few aspects of it that I am not fully satisfied with yet, and it has not properly been tested and used by a substantial number of people yet to warrant calling it "tested" or "stable".

Here are the improvements that must be included before Theia can be called "stable":

• WYSIWYG Editor - Theia doesn't have one yet, and I don't want to just add someone else's without researching and testing it out. Either that or I will go will building one myself, and starting it off simple and slowly integrating more support
• XHTML Compliance
• Extended Profile Customization
• Extended Language Pack Management - allowing you to edit the language files through the admin panel; and possibly using XML files for the language packs
• Numerous installation routines for setting Theia up for different purposes (social networking, solely a forum community, as an ecard community, quiz oriented site, etc.)
